Many of my clients struggle with low self-esteem, self-doubt, or the pressure of living up to others’ expectations. You may feel like you’re not "good enough" or worry about taking up too much space. I want you to know that you are important, and your feelings matter. In our work together, we will gently uncover where these beliefs come from, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and nurture a stronger, more compassionate sense of self.

Working with Trauma

If you have experienced trauma, you may feel its impact in ways you don’t always understand—perhaps through anxiety, difficulty in relationships, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. I work sensitively with what is happening for you in the here and now, helping you to explore your past in a way that feels safe and supported. There is no pressure to revisit painful experiences before you’re ready; instead, we will work at a pace that respects your needs, always ensuring that you feel grounded and in control. My goal is to help you regain a sense of stability, trust in yourself, and the ability to move forward without feeling trapped by what has happened.
